Cleaning is a very humbling experience. People invite us into their home and bare their souls to us. We will see things that nobody else sees. It's very hard letting someone into your home so we take this stance very seriously.

This job can be extremely rewarding for the soul. At the very least, you will be helping people regain their time and freedom. On a deeper note, you may help someone who isn't capable of doing this work themselves at all, giving this person the gift of living in a clean space.

What You Need To Know

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year cleaning experience

  • Authorized to work in Canada

  • Possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable & insured vehicle

  • Possess a working smart phone with data

  • Ability to obtain and pass a criminal record check (reimbursed after 6 months of uninterrupted employment)

  • Fluent in English and/or French (oral & written)

  • Able to lift at least 30lbs

  • Able to perform physical tasks that include standing for long periods, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and kneeling

  • A competitive hourly wage based on experience and performance of between $20-$24 per hour with opportunities to increase on regular intervals
