
Our Process
You are the backbone of the Just Peachy system and because of that, we want to make sure that you are completely prepared for your position.

Here is how we make sure you are ready for the job.
STEP 1 : APPLY ON OUR WEBSITE
Complete our comprehensive application form and attach your Resume with Cover Letter.

Typically we are able to review resumes within 48 hours of you submitting your application. We appreciate all applications that come through our inbox but we will only be contacting the applicants who are successful in reaching the interview stage. If you reach this stage, we will be contacting you through email to schedules your interview.
​
If you don't receive an email, don't worry. We will keep your resume on file for 6 months and keep you in mind for positions that open in the future.
STEP 2 : IN PERSON INTERVIEW
To know that you've arrived at this stage you will receive an email to schedule your in person interview.
​
This interview is similar to other job interviews. We are able to get a feel for you just as you can get a feel for our company so we can make a mutual decision as to whether we are a good match.
​
We do not hire on the spot. You will receive an email within 48 hours of your interview with either an invitation to join our team or if we have decided to go in a different direction. We don't believe in leaving you hanging at this point.

STEP 3 : LETS MAKE IT OFFICIAL & TRAINING
Congratulations! You're in!

We now need to start training you on our products and processes. Training is the backbone of maintaining safe practices and consistency throughout our team.
​
There are two parts to this step.
STEP A : PAPERWORK
​
We will go through all the paperwork with you during this time and make sure you understand everything. This includes tax and company forms.
STEP B : PRODUCT & PROCESSES TRAINING
​
We will go through all the paperwork with you during this time and make sure you understand everything.
TRAINING INCLUDES

Thorough training on all our products

Demonstrate how to clean multiple surfaces with our products and equipment

Safe use of our equipment

Deep dive into our Employee Handbook and Employee Procedures
STEP 4 : FIRST CLEAN
Your first clean day will be paired in a team with a Team Trainer where you will be able to shadow someone who has experience with our company. This lets you see a day in the life of one of our People where you will be guided, given valuable tips and boost your confidence to start working alone when the time comes.

After your first clean day, management will contact you to check in. How did it go? Do you have any questions you couldn't get answered? Are you comfortable with the products? How do you feel in general? Stuff like that. We want to make sure you're happy and prepared.
STEP 5 : ONWARD & UPWARD!
At this point, if you're happy, we're happy, the clients are happy ... consider yourself on the team!
Just Peachy Cleaning Co. has a three month probation policy.
