You are our superheroes!

For the past few years, our world has been rocked by COVID-19. The impact was felt by everyone and every business, especially ours. During this time, we were open but we were closed. Thankfully we were able to come out the other end strong, albeit a bit beaten down.

We owe our clients a huge thanks for helping us keep our lights on through this time to the best of their ability while still protecting their families. You are the reason we're still here. From clients who were able to continue with their cleanings during the partial lockdowns to the clients who insisted that we continue to bill them even though we weren't coming in (which we promised to pay you back through your future cleans), it was all because of you.

Our Policy

As COVID-19 is now deemed a non-issue by the United Nations and we try to put those times behind us, we understand that sickness is still something to keep at the front of our minds for the future.

IF SOMEONE IN YOUR HOME IS SICK

Contact us. We will either reschedule you or make arrangements that your clean can continue with contingencies. We do ask that once those contingencies are made that they be followed or your cleaner will contact the office where a further decision is made. If we deem that the technician should leave due to non-adherence of the contingencies agreed upon, you will be charged the full amount of your clean. When you contact the office, you will be verbally informed of this.

IF YOUR CLEANER IS SICK

We will do everything in our power to make sure your household doesn't get sick because of us. After your technician contacts us about being sick, we will determine with them whether they feel they can still work. If they don't feel they can work, we will do our best to reschedule your clean. If they feel they can still work, we will contact you to have a conversation about how you feel having your cleaner still come in for you scheduled clean.

IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN

We will implement our original policy that was created during COVID-19 of masking, hand washing/sanitizing, equipment sanitization, social distancing and more. But we'll talk about that if the need ever arises again (fingers crossed it wont).
